Tin Star is an ode to my inner child and the incredible artists, musicians and creatives I grew up with.
The collections are inspired by my love of music, my childhood and the people and stories that have shaped me as a person.
Growing up in Rye, East Sussex, I was surrounded by a vibrant and sometimes eccentric family of artists. All of us share a love for music and there was never a day at home when the radio was turned off or someone wasn't completely covered in paint. This eclectic environment ignited my passion for creativity and storytelling. Each piece of jewellery I design is a reflection of those experiences, combining artistry with the narratives that connect us all.
At Tin Star, our collections are crafted using recycled metals and antique gems, marrying luxury with sustainability. Each piece is designed to be both a statement and a cherished memory, inviting you to tell your own story.
Crafted between Rye where I spent my childhood and London, where I have now been living and working as a fashion model for over a decade, our jewellery embodies the essence of both locations - merging the spirit of adventure and artistry that can be found in both country and urban life. I am thrilled to share these treasures with you and hope they inspire you to embrace your individuality and express your journey.

The Process
Like many, my life took a dramatic turn at the onset of the pandemic. Transitioning from bustling flights to New York and Paris, collaborating and shooting with remarkable designers, to capturing self-timed photos in my boyfriend's flat, I found myself navigating a new reality. After a decade of relentless activity, I suddenly had time to explore my creative passions.
In this unexpected stillness, I immersed myself in artistic endeavours, sculpting clay on the terrace while surrounded by the sounds of Celeste, Bob Dylan, and Alabama Shakes. Each note inspired me, fuelling a vision of wearable pieces of art. Small sculptures that would evoke joy and nostalgia, capable of being cherished or carried close to the heart.
My first creation, a cowboy boot, was made solely for me - a personal symbol of my journey. Transformed from a sculptural dream into reality, I had the sculpture 3D scanned, reduced, and meticulously crafted in solid silver. After much refinement, we incorporated a kinetic spur element, adding a sense of playfulness and uniqueness to the piece. This innovation not only enhanced its design but also inspired the entire collection to embrace similar dynamic elements. Each piece I create for Tin Star follows this meticulous process, ensuring that they are both distinctive, and meaningful. Designed to be worn on your body or displayed as a small curiosity in your home. This piece not only embodied my artistic spirit but sparked the birth of Tin Star. Today, my Original Boot hangs close to my heart, the first piece of my Tin Star collections and a reminder of the joy in creation.
